Interested in getting involved in the mission of Try Pie? We have opportunities to bring a meal to our classroom workshop, jump in and help in the kitchen throughout the fall, and to become a mentor to one of our students. Working at Try Pie is so much more than a job. Teens are paid for their time working in the kitchen as well as hours they spend participating in classroom workshops, meeting with mentors, and taking on leadership roles within the program. All of this is only possible with the help of generous donors. Help support our mission through a one-time-gift or by becoming a monthly donor.

You are eligible to apply to the Try Pie Bakery employment program if you completing 9th grade within the Cedar Falls or Waterloo Community School Districts and identify as female.

The application is open at the end of the spring semester each year.
